When shopping online or in-store at Courir, a popular retailer of athletic shoes and apparel, customers may occasionally need to return items that do not fit or meet their expectations. At Courir, we understand the importance of providing an easy and hassle-free returns process for our valued customers.

To start the returns process, please note that the cost of joining our loyalty programme is €9 (nine euros) including taxes. This loyalty programme is valid in all 'COURIR' brand stores located in metropolitan France and Corsica, as well as on our website.

When trying on shoes or items of clothing, we kindly request that you do so indoors to ensure that the item remains in perfect condition. If the item does not fit or meet your expectations, please take it off and put it back in its original box ready for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been worn, used, or laundered.

For items that are returned due to a defect or damage, please provide proof of delivery and ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. We do not accept any responsibility for customer returns without proof of delivery.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. To process your return, please enclose the following information: your name, address, order reference number, and the reason for the return.

Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. For your own protection, we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods and offers proof of delivery.
